Chiropractic Care Alleviates Tennis Elbow Pain
For over a year and a half I had struggled with tennis elbow. I was unable to do simple things like carrying groceries, reaching out to lift a glass of water, playing golf without pain or playing in the bell choir. These activities were all too difficult for me. Almost anything involving the use of my right arm was an issue.
After various lengthy physical therapy programs using a variety of techniques and other consultations, my situation was only slightly improved. The pain and limitations of my right arm were still very much a part of my daily life. I was resigned to the fact that I would have to live with this for the rest of my life when someone suggested I see Dr. Johnson. I decided to try one more time and made an appointment.
Dr. Johnson didn’t want me to sit on the sidelines any longer. He had me use my arm to do anything I wanted to do. He adjusted my spine and my elbow while having me ice and stretch at home. I noticed improvement right away and in less than three weeks I was back to carrying several grocery bags at once, playing golf without pain and playing in the bell choir. I was also back to my work out routines and my arm was getting stronger after being so weak from not using it.
Now I find myself doing anything I want to do. I even do exercises and weights that involve my arms which is something I had to avoid for over a year.
I would recommend Dr. Johnson to anyone who wants to get back in the game of life.
