What services do you offer?

• We provide comprehensive primary care through in person and telehealth visits, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and wellness support.

• We also offer functional medicine services as part of a monthly membership or a fee-for-service. Functional medicine is all about finding the root cause for symptoms and addressing them head on.

Do you accept insurance?

• Yes, we are currently accepting Aetna, BCBS, and Health Choice. We are currently working on getting credentialed with Humana, Cigna, Tricare West, UHC, and Ambetter.

• We also offer a Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership for those who prefer a flat monthly fee with no co-pays.

What is Direct Primary Care?

• DPC is a membership based model offering unlimited visits, direct access to your providers, discounted labs and imaging, and at-cost medications, all for one predictable monthly fee.

Where are you located?

• We serve patients in the Oklahoma City metro area. Visits are available in-person on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 6303 N. Portland Ave Suite 305, OKC, OK 73112.

• We also offer televisits Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12-1:30PM and anytime during in office hours.
